New Growth Wood by Bob Wewer

Why is it that newer homes seem to have more problems than older homes?  Why is there mold cropping up in these seemingly cleaner, newer and modern structures?  The answers are hard to come by even in our new age of information.  We have been the victims of bad building practice and sub-par materials.

The moisture is the one element we can control and that is the most damaging in the support of microbial activity . H2o is the matter and moisture laden air and exterior water infiltration are the two problems with the industry.  There are many linked articles and blog posts associated with these problems by Robert (Bob) Wewer and if you take the time to read them, you will be more versed than the "expert" that you call for remedy.  In that case, just say "goodbye" and go back to market to find the right mitigation company.
