Why is it that newer homes seem to have more problems than older homes?  Why is there mold cropping up in these seemingly cleaner, newer and modern structures?  The answers are hard to come by even in our new age of information.  We have been the victims of bad building practice and sub-par materials.

The moisture is the one element we can control and that is the most damaging in the support of microbial activity .
